Analog Cutoff

Please... switch as promised (for the second time). I am getting REALLY tired of the stupid public anouncements!

I see far more boxes in customer home . That good , but the digital version of the same channel are not making the grade. Hard to explain that a snowy analog channel can be seen. The digital can't. On the average customers are losing at least 1 channels.

I'm a Comcast unhappy user. LAst week, May24th,
they cut me off without any announcement. When I
called to find out about the outage I was told that
my area was converted and I needed to get the
converter boxes installed. I asked for a tech to come
out and do the install. Man had 8 weeks on the job.
New very little other than the lame stuff Comcast feeds
them. Could not give me any help getting my TIVO
series 2 connected so that i can record shows.
Called TIVO and they are sending me a cable to fix
the problem, maybe, but I doubt that it will put me back to where I was before the change.
On another score, the cable box was supposed to be
"free". The Tech told me that in 6 months I'll be getting
changed for the box or the service.

Wonder if any of the original 3 networks will do any thing like "Salute to Analog TV" as it was their bread and butter format for so many years..
